Praise Discordia! Hail Eris! [Feb. 23rd, 2007|01:00 am]

So volcgrrl  , poppins17  , earnbrand  , and I had a bit of a game night tonight, after home-made pizzas. Spinach alfredo and meat-lovers for the win.

I finally convinced them to play 1000 White Cards, which most of us had heard of, but none of us had really sat down and played. Much fun was had, with such cards as "It's Good to Be The King" (+10,000 points), which was promptly countered by "So You Say You Want a Revolution?" (steal said card), and then "You Got Your Sword From a Tart!" (destroy King cards). All in all, an excellent first session. earnbrand  currently has the cards, and hopefully we'll get to playing another round as soon as possible.

Oh, and we made the cards with crayons. Yay for people in their late 20's and early 30's playing with crayons!

I've only ever played that once, but it was a blast.

Took your DnD Character Alignment/etc quiz. Keen :) Also, this game sounds fun--like Munchkin (To which I have only just been de-virginized). Mind if I add you, I scanned back and your posts interest me.
