[Current Music |Beethoven - No. 14 in C sharp minor, op. 27 no. 2 'Moonlight' [Favourite Piano Sonatas]]

The surgery was a complete success.  When the surgeon took the gall bladder out, he said it was clearly inflamed, and that all the pain I'd been having over the last month was chronic inflammation.  I'm still sore from the air, and the sutures make moving around a bit tough, but it's much better than it was before.  Give me a few days, and I should be back to normal.  Thanks to everyone who sent out good thoughts.

From the air(gas, whatever you want to call it) that they used to fill his abdominal region. They do this so they can see what they're doing once they get the scope in.

OOOHhh..... right....

I thought he meant sore from the air, like as in the air in the room. I was asking myself, "how can air hurt?" But now i know, and it makes sense.
